For international callers, call for free with SKYPE. Either go to www.skype.com or Skype Video to learn more. If you have a laptop, you have everything you need, just download the software. If you have a desktop, you will need a logitech microphone to speak into and listen through your existing computer speakers. You can also use a headset but I find them uncomfortable to use and difficult to configure. I have been using the logitech microphone for about 2 years and I love it. I have provided an Amazon.com link so you know what it looks like, but you can google "logitech microphone" to get the best price in your location under $20.00.
